My skirt looks were "Beginners' Looks" because I didn't want to start wearing the Hijab with skinny clothes, that's why I wore skirts. But we have to improve our dress-code.

I'm Fatima a Muslima who wears the Hijab & loves fashion, but the fashion I "follow" is based on my religion, because as a muslima there are lot of clothes you shouldn't wear like skinny clothes i.e. leggings or tights and transparent clothes besides the hijab has to cover the chest area. I think this is exactly why I love to dress up, because it's challenging.
I started to blog because I felt like I'm still "alone" with my ideas & view. Trying to dress on this way isn't common here. So I got the idea to share a content with people who have the same interests like I do & I got the chance to see how other Muslimas are managing this.
Some quotes from the Quran concerning to our dress code:
"And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear therof; that they should draw their veils over their
bosoms and not display their beauty [...]" (24:31)
"O Prophet, tell your wives and your
daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them [...]" (33:59)
